Xformation consulting it's all about re-imagining the experiences that workplaces create that leaves lasting impressions on their people, now and in the future. It isn't rocket science but it does require a mindset and approach that has the best intention at the heart of every decision being made.

 

This is where Xformation consulting comes in - there is no cookie-cutter, one-size fits all solution. I work collaboratively with you to design a bespoke road map that will deliver you outcomes that go well beyond just ticking a box. About me

An innovative Human Resources and Executive leader with more than 20 years’ extensive generalist HR, leading teams in the delivery of transformational change, people strategy including building high performing leadership groups, HR digital transformations, and building employee experiences that are leading edge and successful stakeholder

engagement.


For eight years I assumed the position of GM People & Culture, Racing & Wagering WA, sitting on the Executive team and reporting to the CEO & Board. Prior to then I have assumed a variety of senior HR Manager roles across a diverse range of industries. I'm also the Chairman of the FutureNow Training Council, WA's largest government training council representing the creative leisure and technology industries.


I'm a dedicated, energetic and inspiring leader skilled at leading teams through complex and challenging environments and building high-performance cultures focused on delivering quality outcomes and engaging work environments.



My passion lies in creating value for HR teams and organisations - whether that be through HR digital transformations, driving inclusive & diverse strategies that truly make a difference or creating employee experiences that have never been experienced before. They all important drivers for the future of work.
