For eight years I assumed the position of GM People & Culture, Racing & Wagering WA, sitting on the Executive team and reporting to the CEO & Board. Prior to then I have assumed a variety of senior HR Manager roles across a diverse range of industries. I'm also the Chairman of the FutureNow Training Council, WA's largest government training council representing the creative leisure and technology industries.
I'm a dedicated, energetic and inspiring leader skilled at leading teams through complex and challenging environments and building high-performance cultures focused on delivering quality outcomes and engaging work environments.
My passion lies in creating value for HR teams and organisations - whether that be through HR digital transformations, driving inclusive & diverse strategies that truly make a difference or creating employee experiences that have never been experienced before.
